FAQ's
Where are you located?
Chains & Pines is proudly US-based, and our tees are printed right here on American soil — currently out of Florida and Texas, which means your order doesn't have to travel far before it starts its next adventure.
For our international crew — yes, we see you, disc golf is global — we've partnered with printers around the world so your order arrives without the long wait and the customs headache.
Wherever you are, the pines are closer than you think.
Do you ship internationally?
Short answer: yes. Long answer: absolutely yes.
Disc golf doesn't stop at the border, and neither do we. Chains & Pines ships worldwide through our network of international print partners, so whether you're hiking trails in New Zealand, throwing discs in Germany, or camping somewhere with a name we can't pronounce — we've got you covered.
Shipping times and rates will vary by location, but we'll always show you the details at checkout before you commit. No surprises, just tees.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes — once your order is printed and heads out the door, you'll get a tracking number sent straight to your inbox. Consider it your disc's flight path, but for a package.
Heads up: it can take a day or two after your order ships for the tracking info to update in the system, so don't panic if it looks quiet at first. It's on its way.
What materials are your products made of?
We print on premium, comfortable blanks that are built to keep up with however you spend your weekends. Think soft enough for the drive home after a long round, durable enough to survive the wash cycle you forgot about until Tuesday.
Specific material details — fabric weight, blend, composition — are listed on each individual product page, since different designs may be printed on different blanks. If you ever have questions about a specific tee before you order, shoot us a message. We're happy to help you find the right fit for your next adventure.
